여행은 날씨지! (루나) 개인정보처리방침

장보원세무회계사무소(대표 장보원, Google Play 개발자 JANGBOWON)는 ‘여행은 날씨지! (루나)’ Android 앱(com.jangbowon.weather_trip.luna)의 개인정보 처리 내용을 다음과 같이 안내합니다. 개인정보 관련 문의: ccolaju@gmail.com.

1. 기기 안에서 처리하는 정보

앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 여행 날짜에 따른 과거 기후통계 검색과 추천 점수 계산은 앱에 포함된 자료로 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 검색 날짜를 검색 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 즐겨찾기, 언어 설정, 광고 표시용 캐시는 기기에 저장합니다. 앱은 GPS 위치, 연락처, 마이크, 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

2. 인터넷 통신과 서버 기록

자체 앱 홍보 내용을 갱신하기 위해 HTTPS로 광고 서버에 접속하며, 광고에 이미지가 있으면 해당 이미지를 내려받습니다. 이 과정에서 IP 주소, 요청 시각·주소, 응답 상태 및 통신에 필요한 기술 정보가 서버에 전달되거나 운영 로그에 기록될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 콘텐츠 전달, 장애 대응 및 보안에 이용하며, 맞춤형 광고 프로필 작성이나 위치 추정에 이용하지 않습니다. 현재 앱에는 외부 광고·행동분석 SDK가 없으며 광고 ID를 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 서비스 제공업체와 외부 링크

서버 호스팅에는 Amazon Web Services를 이용합니다. 홈페이지·광고·자료 출처 링크를 누르면 외부 브라우저로 이동하며, 방문한 사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 이메일로 문의하시면 이메일 주소와 직접 보내신 내용이 메일 서비스 제공업체를 통해 처리됩니다. 민감한 정보나 불필요한 신분증 정보를 보내지 마십시오. 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제

기기 내 설정과 즐겨찾기는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다. Android 백업·복원 기능을 이용하시는 경우에는 기기 및 Google 백업 설정도 확인하십시오. 서버의 웹 로그는 일 단위 순환 및 14회 보관 설정으로 교체·삭제되며, 시스템 진단 로그는 서버의 용량 기반 순환 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다. 따라서 모든 로그에 동일한 고정 보관일수가 적용되지는 않습니다. 문의 내용은 대응에 필요한 동안 보관하고, 더 이상 필요하지 않으면 삭제합니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 의무에 따릅니다.

5. 이용자 권리와 안전한 처리

본인에 관한 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청은 위 이메일로 보내실 수 있습니다. 요청에 필요한 범위에서 본인 여부를 확인한 후 처리하며, 보관 중인 정보가 없거나 법령상 제한이 있으면 그 사유를 안내합니다. 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하고 운영자 접근을 제한합니다. 기후자료 암호화는 자료 보호 수단이며 개인정보 수집 동의를 대신하지 않습니다.

6. 대상 연령과 변경 안내

본 서비스의 대상은 만 13세 이상이며, 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 전달되었다고 판단되시면 연락해 주십시오. 처리 내용이 변경되면 이 페이지의 시행일과 내용을 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱에서 추가 안내 또는 동의 절차를 제공합니다.

Travel is Weather! (Luna) Privacy Policy

Jangbowon Tax & Accounting Office, represented by Jang Bowon (Google Play developer: JANGBOWON), operates the Android app “Travel is Weather! (Luna)” (com.jangbowon.weather_trip.luna). Privacy contact: ccolaju@gmail.com.

1. Information processed on your device

No account or login is required. Historical climate searches and recommendation scores are processed on your device using bundled data. Search dates are not sent to a search server. Favorites, language preferences and promotion caches are stored locally. The app does not request access to GPS location, contacts, microphone or your photo library.

2. Network requests and server records

The app contacts our promotion server over HTTPS to update promotions for our own apps and downloads promotion images when supplied. IP addresses, request times and paths, response statuses and technical connection information may be transmitted or recorded in operational logs. We use these for content delivery, troubleshooting and security, not advertising profiles or location inference. The current app has no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDK and does not use the advertising ID.

3. Service providers and external links

We use Amazon Web Services for server hosting. Opening website, promotion or source links takes you to an external browser; the destination’s privacy policy applies. If you email us, your email address and the information you choose to send are processed through the email service provider. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information or identity documents. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention and deletion

You can delete local preferences and favorites by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. If Android backup or restoration is enabled, also review your device and Google backup settings. Web server logs use daily rotation with 14 rotated files retained. System diagnostic logs are removed through capacity-based server rotation, so a single fixed retention period does not apply to all logs. We retain inquiries while needed to respond and delete them when no longer necessary, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

5. Your rights and security

Contact the address above to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information. We verify identity only as needed and explain if no information is held or a legal restriction applies. We use HTTPS and restrict operator access. Climate-data encryption protects the dataset and is not a substitute for privacy consent.

6. Age and changes

The service is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not target children under 13 for personal data collection. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was supplied. Changes will be reflected in this page and its effective date, with additional in-app notice or consent where required.
